Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 13, 2019, Heyward Donigan provided SI-BONE, Inc. (the “Company”) with notice of her resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, including the committees on which she served, effective immediately. Ms. Donigan’s resignation from all other boards of directors, including the Company's, was a condition of an offer by Rite Aid Corporation to her to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or management.
