Biography

Ms. Einstein has held key leadership positions in the medical device and biotech industries, including Johnson & Johnson and most recently Genentech/Roche.  She brings over 15 years of experience in a diversity of disciplines including learning and organizational development, people and culture, commercial strategy and marketing, business operations and internal communications.  She has worked extensively with executive teams to develop organizational strategies that foster an inclusive, high performance culture, drive operational excellence and change management, and build a compelling, people-centric employee experience.

Ms. Einstein received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, and a Certificate in Strategic Organization Design from USC. She is also a certified professional Co-Active coach.
