Biography

Mike Vedda joined SI-BONE in December 2024 as Vice President of Information Technology. With more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, biotech, and medical device companies, Mike brings a proven track record of advancing digital capabilities to enable business growth. Prior to joining SI-BONE, he held senior IT leadership roles including Vice President of IT at Codexis, Vice President of IT at Nevro, Senior Vice President and CIO at Genomic Health, and CIO at Affymetrix. Throughout his career, Mike has led IT strategy and execution with a focus on modernizing systems and leveraging AI and cybersecurity to deliver meaningful business impact. He holds a bachelor’s degree from San José State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
