Biography

Nikolas F. Kerr has served as Chief Commercial Officer since February 2026. He joined the company in 2016 as Vice President of Product Management and later became Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing beginning in 2021. Before joining the company, he led Kerr Consulting Group, advising medical device companies on product strategy. He previously held senior marketing roles at Benvenue Medical, Baxano, and Medtronic’s Spinal & Biologics Group, including Director of Global Marketing for the Kyphon division. He also held roles in sales, marketing, and business development at Milliken & Company. Mr. Kerr started his career with Credit Suisse as an Analyst for Debt Capital Markets. Mr. Kerr received a B.S. in Finance and Economics and Master of International Business Economics from the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina.
