Biography

Roxanne Simon was named Vice President of Program Management and Quality & Process Improvement by SI-BONE in October 2021. In this role, Ms. Simon is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance team and implementation and management of SI-BONE’s Quality Management System, overseeing the management of all projects in SI-BONE’s portfolio and being a champion of continuous improvement. Most recently, Ms. Simon served as Vice President of Project Management responsible for new product development projects as well as sustaining projects across the company. Prior to joining SI-BONE, Ms. Simon held positions in Engineering at Kyphon, Inc., Spinal Kinetics LLC, Epicor Medical, Inc. (acquired by St. Jude in 2004) and InnerDyne, Inc. (acquired by Tyco in 2000,). Additionally, she spent over 10 years in contract medical device development at Stellartech Research Corp and Hantel Technologies. Ms. Simon holds a BS in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley and has over 30 years of experience in the medical device field.
